Job Description:

Managing the accounts of related construction project
Creating detailed budget
Overseeing supplier contracts
Verifying invoice statements
Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders
Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget
Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes
Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects financial data and information
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

University degree (BS/MS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
Minimum 4 years experience preferably on international industrial/construction projects
Self oriented, disciplined, and well organized
Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures
Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Familiarity with accounting software
Working knowledge of the construction industry
Solid analytical and mathematical skills
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
